Return & Refund Policy

At THE FRIENDLY NORTH, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make returns and refunds simple, fair and transparent.

14-Day Returns

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return or cancellation, without giving a reason.

Once a return is requested, customers have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags where applicable. We reserve the right to make lawful deductions for excessive handling that reduces an item's value.

How to Return

Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or repair in accordance with UK consumer law, including covering reasonable return costs where legally required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns, including personalised items and sealed hygiene products once unsealed, where permitted by law.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once we receive your return or proof of postage, we will process eligible refunds within 14 days, in accordance with UK law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include standard outbound delivery charges where legally required. Additional charges for premium delivery may not be refundable.
